The world cuisine restaurant Peridot at Jumeirah Muscat Bay hosted Team Bariza to a dinner event. And we were genuinely pleased with the meal and service, which were in keeping with the luxury and illustrious history of this resort brand. Claudio Dieli, the culinary director at Peridot, prepared a meal that blended the best ingredients for lovers of meat, seafood, and vegetarian fare and was imbued with a variety of flavors that delighted our palates.
The shrimp, avocado & mango salad, vegetarian pizza, Penne in Pesto sauce, and the seafood platter, were among our favorites! The UmmAli and sticky date pudding were amongst the best we have had in Oman.

Every Friday, guests at Jumeirah Muscat Bay can enjoy an exquisite brunch, featuring interactive live cooking stations showcasing fresh and healthy favourites from all over the world, an exquisite seafood tower and sushi selection, plus refreshing gelato selection, alongside a mouth-watering crepes station.
Every Friday from 1 – 4pm | OMR 29 per person with soft drinks or OMR 39 per person with house beverages (OMR 14 for kids aged 6-12 exclusive of taxes. Children below 6 years go free.)

Live music and a kids’ entertainment area with a variety of board and card games, drawing activities, a cookie baking station and a specially curated kids menu provide the perfect ambiance and ensure little ones are kept amused at this must-visit spot for Friday brunch.
Day Pool & Beach access
