From the bustling street markets of Asia to the sun-drenched shores of the Mediterranean, the hotel is curating an atmosphere that is as much about the vibrant ambience as it is about the exquisite cuisine.
Kicking off the week is the Tex-Mex Carnival – ‘The Tex-Mex Twist’ – every Sunday, blending bold Texan and Mexican flavours including slow-cooked brisket, chili con carne, and live taco, fajita, and quesadilla stations.
Mondays are dedicated to ‘Asia Unwrapped,’ where delicacies from India, China, Japan, Thailand, and more are dished right under the stars. Live JelloBev making stations and unique treats like Kafir lime flavored popcorn add a playful twist, while interactive sushi rolling sessions delight diners at the Asian Night.
Arabian Nights on Tuesdays is a ‘Feast of the Middle East’, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Egypt, Iran, Lebanon, Oman, Turkey, and Cyprus with a rich spread of mezze, grilled meats, and traditional dishes. Vegetarian and vegan options abound, with popular dishes like falafel, shawarma, and kebabs taking centre stage.
Wednesdays bring the sun-kissed flavours of the Mediterranean to Muscat with ‘Mediterraneo’. Guests can savour ratatouille, paella, tzatziki, and more, while enjoying live churros con chocolate and handmade pasta stations as part of the ‘Mediterranean Feast’. Olive oil and cheese tastings add a touch of sophistication to the evening.
Thursdays are reserved for ‘Surf & Turf’. The perfectly curated ‘Seafood & Steak Soirée’ is an indulgent celebration of the best of land and sea. High-end steaks are paired with locally sourced fresh seafood, from lobster and more, creating a luxurious and harmonious dining experience.
Fridays introduce the new ‘International Night’, a diverse exploration of continental cuisine. Guests can pamper their tastebuds with a selection of classic dishes from around the world, featuring flavours from Europe, Africa, and beyond. The evening presents a spectrum of global culinary diversity, with refined dishes and elegant presentations.
Saturdays take diners on a ‘Street Food Safari’, showcasing the authentic flavours and cultural experiences of street food from around the world. Live stations serve up Pani Puri, Pav Bhaji, Thai satays, Chinese Jianbing, and more, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere.
